Encaustic is painting with coloured wax. It is an age old technique and very exciting !!! Encaustic pieces have a luminous glow found in no other medium. Encaustic layers are "dry" almost instantly and yet they can be reworked at any time in the future. Encaustic works beautifully with other elements of mixed media. Come play with the melted wax, all materials and tools are here for you to use ! I'll guide you through the process to make something very special ♥
